空(kong)調(diao)常見的除濕方式有(you)2種。一(yi)(yi)種就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)制冷除濕;另外(wai)一(yi)(yi)種就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)獨立的除濕功能。下(xia)面分(fen)別(bie)說(shuo)說(shuo)空(kong)調(diao)除濕是(shi)(shi)如(ru)何工作的。
A.空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)制冷(leng)(leng)除(chu)濕(shi)(shi),在制冷(leng)(leng)的(de)過(guo)程中,潮濕(shi)(shi)的(de)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)通過(guo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)器(qi)蒸(zheng)發器(qi)后溫(wen)度會大幅度下降,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)濕(shi)(shi)度處于(yu)一種(zhong)過(guo)飽(bao)和狀態,多余水(shui)汽以冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)水(shui)的(de)形式析出,凝(ning)結于(yu)蒸(zheng)發器(qi)的(de)翅片上,也就是“凝(ning)露”,等到(dao)制冷(leng)(leng)模式達到(dao)一定的(de)平衡狀態,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)濕(shi)(shi)度也就降到(dao)了(le)(le)一定的(de)水(shui)平。因此,當空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)制冷(leng)(leng)的(de)過(guo)程中,不(bu)但空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)溫(wen)度降低(di)(di)了(le)(le),連同(tong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)的(de)濕(shi)(shi)度也會跟著降低(di)(di)。這就是空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)制冷(leng)(leng)模式下的(de)除(chu)濕(shi)(shi)工作(zuo)原理(li),實際上是制冷(leng)(leng)過(guo)程伴隨的(de)“副作(zuo)用”,降低(di)(di)濕(shi)(shi)度。
B.空(kong)調在非制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)模式下的(de)(de)獨(du)立除(chu)(chu)濕功(gong)能工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)又是(shi)如(ru)何呢?現(xian)在不(bu)(bu)少空(kong)調都有獨(du)立的(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)濕功(gong)能,其(qi)實其(qi)工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)將通(tong)過蒸(zheng)發器被(bei)冷(leng)(leng)卻了的(de)(de)空(kong)氣再加熱(re)到(dao)原(yuan)來的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du),然后再送入室(shi)(shi)內(nei)。就是(shi)說(shuo)室(shi)(shi)內(nei)風扇一(yi)直以低速運行(xing),壓縮機開開停(ting)停(ting),制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)統作(zuo)間斷性制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循環(huan),產生的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)量大(da)部(bu)分用于(yu)平衡室(shi)(shi)內(nei)空(kong)氣的(de)(de)潛熱(re),即(ji)水蒸(zheng)氣變成(cheng)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)水。小部(bu)分用于(yu)平衡顯熱(re),即(ji)降(jiang)低一(yi)些(xie)室(shi)(shi)內(nei)溫(wen)度(du)。如(ru)此(ci)不(bu)(bu)斷地循環(huan),使室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)保持在設定值附近,同(tong)時又大(da)量地除(chu)(chu)去空(kong)氣中的(de)(de)濕氣。,這樣室(shi)(shi)內(nei)環(huan)境在濕度(du)下降(jiang)的(de)(de)情況下保持了相對恒定。空(kong)調的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)只用于(yu)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning),對于(yu)溫(wen)度(du)的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)大(da),因此(ci)這種除(chu)(chu)濕被(bei)稱為恒溫(wen)除(chu)(chu)濕。
